An intensive, hands-on training program designed to prepare learners for both the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification exams. This course spans approximately 9 days of structured learning, combining expert instruction, real-world case studies, and exam simulations. Participants will engage with the full PRINCE2 methodology, from principles and themes to processes and tailoring, culminating in a comprehensive simulation of the Practitioner exam. Module 1: PRINCE2® Foundation Basics

- Understand the seven principles of PRINCE2
- Explore the seven themes: Business Case, Organization, Quality, Plans, Risk, Change, and Progress
- Map PRINCE2 principles to a sample project scenario

Module 2: PRINCE2® Processes & Tailoring

- Study the seven processes: Starting Up, Directing, Initiating, Controlling, Managing Product Delivery, Managing Stage Boundaries, and Closing
- Create process flow diagrams for project lifecycle stages
- Apply tailoring techniques for different project scales and environments
- Customize PRINCE2 processes for a small-scale project use case
Module 3: Creating Core Management Products

- Develop key project documentation: Project Brief and Project Initiation Document (PID)
- Populate the Risk Register and Issue Register using real-world scenarios
- Create a Quality Management Strategy and Quality Log
